I have a hen that has what I have determined to have either sour crop or pendulous crop, I was doing some reading on this site last night about it and read where you can milk it and make them throw up. I caught the hen and the crop is like a soft wayer balloon, (not hard at all like I expected) I tilted her and massaged the crop and got her to vomit 3 -4 times evacuating approx a cup of whatever that stuff is, the size didnt go down so I am assuming that the damage is already done to the muscle and created the Pendulous crop. Is the anything else I need to do to try and fix her. It doesnt seem to bother her, she eats and drinks fine.
