Sour Crop in a year old hen.....Help please!

Update: We finished the 7 days of Miconazole 7. She is doing MUCH better. Way more energy and eating like a champ. Watching her weight and hoping it will start increasing quickly. Her crop is still not entirely empty in the morning (it is harder..about walnut size or smaller). I am really not sure how to proceed from here. I did give her more coconut oil yesterday morning but had to leave and wasn't able to give a second dose. Should I try that again (the one dose, massage, and then another dose, massage)? Her poop looking more normal so I think everything is passing through ok.

The oil and massage are worth a try to dissolve that last bit of a lump.

I have a ten-year old hen who had an impartially emptied crop in the morning a couple months ago. I massaged her crop to empty it first thing before she even dismounted her perch. That seemed to provide an empty crop for her to begin her day, and she ate a full amount afterward which helped to get her crop moving. It took about four days of these morning massages and her crop was functioning well again.
