Sour Crop

My Peeka has a sour crop, and I held her upside down a couple times today and she did vomit both times, she is very still and not moving much, I gave her just a little water in a syringe, is this normal that she looks almost to her death with a lite breathing, she is inside a dog crate and nice and comfortable as I can make her any suggestions or advise?

Vomiting a chicken is very dangerous because they can aspirate and die. It is better to try and tube feed water to deal with crop problems.
