Not sure, how are you going to fit the curlers in the egg also?

That's what the barn fan is for-who needs curlers?

That's because it's a sour broody. You need a sweet broody from sweetland if you want it to be nice and motherly.

With sour broodys, the only method that works is to keep a whisk broom handy and smack her every time she tries to leave. That turns her into a whisky sour broody, they're the best kind.

Please do NOT direct any further broodies my direction either. Of 17 bantam Cochin hens, 15 are broody and will not be broken of said broodiness. 3 of the JGs are broody still on eggs, 1 is proudly marching her babies around. 4 Orphs are broody sitting on eggs. 8 broody Guineas, 1 broody goose, 6 broody ducks and 2 broody turkeys to top it off. Plus me.

1 broody is fine she is mean enough for all of them she got her 5 eggs today.

so happy. I left her in the top nest in the coop the other coop has babies in it not sure might have to move her

if the others keep trying to lay in that nest box. Got pecked just marking the eggs today she is mean.

Had one and only one go broody so far out of 27 that are able to go broody and she abandoned ship after a couple days. That broody thing was a little stressful for me!! Like my broody bator better!!!
