OK - so I think my hatch is going to be down a few Marans. Just got out of the shower to see my three year old running around with two eggs from my incubator, she kept holding them up to the light and saying "Where are you chickie?" Right around the time I started yelling I noticed 2 more rolling around the floor at her feet. The couldn't have been out of the incubator very long..but I'm sure they got shook up pretty good. I have now duct taped the incubator shut.

We used to raise and show Boston Terriers. We called them the Terriables! LOL I had 10 in the house when I had my daughter with another 18 outside. Sure miss those wacky dogs.

Did I miss meeting you? My head is often in the clouds on show days since I try to look at and remember so much! The birds are dazzling enough but talking with other folks really spins my brain about who is whom.
I thought this win was funny because 2 weeks before at the Clemson show she took Best of Variety and I teased that next time we were shooting for Best of Breed. Little did I expect to walk away with such a nice win. I, of course, think she is a walking dream and with Samantha, Kimberly and Nicole constantly urging me to show her I finally relented.
Drool over her all you want. I have been doing it for years! I love this girl!

Amy - I was the short lil (used to be) redhead that sat by Samantha's truck...Susan...the co-conspirator in crime with Samantha. LOL
