Tempetures are about the same inside and outside. Where they are there isn't any AC so it stays about 80

Hey does anybody know if it would be OK to move my week and a half old chicks and their momma outside or is it to early to do it?

Edit: I was going to post all this but there are many others more qualified then me. Lol.
From what I've read... Have they been in an area where the rest of the flock can see and hear them? If so you'll have an easier time introducing them to the rest of the flock. If not it'll be tougher. But not impossible. It will depend on how the rest of the flock deals with them. And how well mom protects them too!

I may be just a little more qualified, but I would say exactly what you did. Good answer
The only thing I would add is temperatures are nothing to worry about. Mama will take care of them now. It's the other birds in the flock you have to be careful with.

All of my big chickens are in a fenced in area. And the chicks would be in a fenced in area right beside them. So they can see each other very easy. We were going to take the fence down after the chicks get about 6 weeks old

Same disclosure as last time: others will know better than I...
Sounds like it should work out ok then. Just be attentive the first few days to make sure everything goes as planned.

I'm really worried. It's supposed to get down to 55 degrees and the chicks are outside. Under a heat land and momma. Do you think they will be alright?
