What about a Moon Pie with an RC?
Not just any "soda" will do, no sir. Gotta be an RC cola.

I do miss the moonpies!

We still have Moon Pie's, now you can get them in banana flavor too.
My husbands family owned a little country gas station years ago and a lot of people would come in and get a honey bun put a thin slice of hoop cheese over it and melt it in the microwave. It was actually kinda good, haven't done that in years.

The best times of my life is when me and Pop went "worm drowndin" or "wavin at the fishes" (fly fishing) down on the Tennessee River. A place called Chiznaw springs.
We'd get up really early, drive down there. Eat breakfast at the little po-dunk cafe (best food ever) and pop would talk story to the owners and flirt with the waitress. We'd fish all day. catch nothing,
and on the way home we'd stop at another po-dunk cafe for a slice of hot apple pie and Dr Pepper.

Places where the waitresses would say, "Honey kin i hep you?"
"Sweety-pie, you don't won't no salad, you won't a big mess of biscuit-n-gravy!"
Where the menu said "Breakfast-Lunch-Supper" and you got whatever grandma was cooking in the back or you went home to eat.
