6 out of 6 this time. 3 Marans on the left, I was NOT expecting a white. Olive egger and two sex-link bantam mixes on the right. The bantam hen seems to be popping out boys

Duck eggs currently in lockdown, 11 eggs, all made air holes, should be out in two years (I mean days).

I have 10 [maybe fertile] eggs under 4 broodies. Most should be booted bantams sired by a frizzzled bantam. Due in another week and a half. I am expecting some very pretty chicks. The rooster is a stunner.

Have you hatched from fizxles before? Always wondered what the babies look like

No, but I have always had frizzled birds, some from chicks. They are always adorable. I will post pics if I actually get babies. I have a pair squabbling over everyone's eggs & we've already had a couple of *accidents*.

Gah last egg from one of my hens hatched, she's a fantastic broody and mother so I want some of her daughters, well her chicks are sex-linked and it's another boy. 5 out of 5 all boys!!!
Another 4 Marans are also in lockdown
