I hope you get a great hatch!! Mine are due to hatch on Thursday. I think if they don't poor Lovey will be devastated. She's like an angry Turkey when I walk into the henhouse.

Oh how cute is she?? I have to figure out how to post a picture of my White Astras. They're HUGE. I call them Speckles and Freckles.

None. I just had to rehome my sweetest silkie, who turned out to be a Roo. Heartbreaking. 

Some people who have awesome neighbors and never any town people near them keep roos, unfortunately, I have some real winners and can't take that chance. 

I just noticed you're in Ridge though-isn't that the Town of Riverhead? They allow roos I believe. 

Unfortunately Riverhead Town doesn't start until Calverton. We're West of William Floyd, North of 25, practically adjacent to Rocky Point and SWR.
So I guess no Roos for me since a couple of my neighbors are bonafide shirtheads

So sorry to hear about your Sophia. I also have a SS. She is the group leader and always makes a report of the goings on in the run. SS have big personalities. I know how much you miss her.
