I only brought 2 birds. My Silkie, 1st place, no further. My Shamo, Best of breed, no competition.
I got Carolyn's 2 BO's, cute, cute, so cute. I took pics of them sitting on Vera in the car. You can add an "h" to the sitting part, they really liked her.
And then, I dropped my phone in a rest stop. Someone found it and texted my hubby, claims it will go in the mail to me

So no pics, no phone, oh well.....

Yesterday, Aretha freaked out because she couldn't get into the old coop to lay her egg. She kept circling the coop squawking up a storm. Then she'd go to the new nesting boxes, poke around, sit down and come back out. She kept it up for at least a half hour. I got bored with the show and stopped watching. Finally she figured it out.

Today we got six for six with no hysteria. Now if they only had sense enough to come in out of the rain! All day they poked around in the yard looking like drowned rats. Now they're all snuggled in the coop together.

And the babies have been practicing on the mini-roost in the brooding box.

Think I should go to work tomorrow??

No Kos, only O's. Big boys, my Dragon stands 24' tall, 8 lbs, and has almost another year to grow.
Got rid of a few this weekend.
