Southern NY, Dutchess county and below

We went to Tractor Supply Co. today!

My first time there. I loved it and so did Bobby. He made lots of grunting man/tools noises.

We were so lazy after dinner we didn't get to the Fair tonight, but we're going tomorrow during the day. I'm glad. I was afraid all the chickens would be in bed by the time we made it out there. Tomorrow we'll have more time to see everything.

We may even catch "How to Give a Chicken a Bath."

Good morning all, How did everyone survive the storm? That tornado hit about 2 miles from here maybe less.
Loretta's one girl has a very bad prolapsed vent. Dose that preparationH treatment work for any length of time or is this going to be a reoccurring problem for ever more? What's the deal with to honey treatment that I read about on here?
Suzanne enjoy the fair. Stay hydrated...
Off to get ready for the wedding. I should put a tie on my little silkie roo and bring him as my date.

Very scary!

All are running about, eating and drinking. I am so relieved.

Meet Snow White, Snowball, Alvin and Bluebell.

Last but not least is my little
chicken guardian...... Dory...... 9 years and a old forever puppy weighing in at 7 lbs. She is an Affenpinscher.Takes her job very seriously and lets me know when the birds are in danger or unhappy. The squirrels in particular are just terrified of her, butterflies as well.

Now I have wood chucks out back and those buggers are bigger than she is. That has me worried.

We had a lot of rain thankfully. No high winds though.
