Southwest Ohio

note to anyone that would be interested in some free mixed cochins. I have a few 3 week olds that are culls only because of color. they will make good pets also one several day old with a hunch back. these will be culled in about a week if no one has any interest in them. I have limited space so if you want to give these guys a chance to live please email me within the week. I have posted them free several places and if I do not recieve any interest in this they will have to go in the garbage can

If anyone is interested I have a couple hatchery grade silkies, laying age to sell. They are both hens. One was hatched around april and the other was a chick from 2009. The younger one is white, non bearded and has laid a few eggs before winter hit. The other is black, if I remember correctly non bearded. She is coming out of molt now. She has not laid eggs in a long time, since mid summer. Her molt has taken forever. If any one is interested let me know soon as they will be leaving in about a week otherwise.

We are having our swap meet on June 11th at the black barn again.
$10 bucks to set up, this goes to the owners of the place.
Hope you all can make it!!!

I need to add 6 chicks to my flock and would rather use a breeder than Mt. Healthy Hatchery. How do I go about finding a reliable breeder? I'm in Waynesville but will will travel for good healthy chicks. I need good egg layers.

I am in Greenville and I am hatching B/B/S Orpingtons from my pair. I would be willing to part with a few, if you are interested. I have 3 chicks that are 1 1/2 weeks old, and 7 eggs that should hatch Saturday.
