Wish I could find an easy solution to keep birds away from my chicken pens, besides keeping the chickens behind a wire barrier.

Me too! They have access inside of coop, spread their filth on my coop and dirtied their drinking bowls!

The only way I know is to move feeders and waters indoors away from openings. I avoid feeding anything outside that the chickens don't clean up while I'm stranding there.
