Special needs chick Please Help

I also am raising a special needs chick, he isn’t as bad as this one though. He can’t walk, was fine as a baby but at 6 weeks declined to the point he couldn’t walk. I don’t know what is wrong with his legs, but he also has a scissor beak! We should start a special needs chicken club.
i was thinking about that earlier today. I've joined the blind thread and the scissor beak thread but what about her other needs? Her brain damage is becoming more obvious. Her tail leans to her right side. Her wing on the right is drooping. As she gets tired she leans to the right. All things the left brain should be taking care of but part of it is missing. I'm hoping her right brain will start taking over like sometimes in humans but I don't know if that happens in chickens.
What seems to be the problem with you chicks legs?

I really have no idea. He doesn’t have any broken bones that I can feel, and can move his legs but just cannot balance. He also isn’t in pain when I move his legs in a walking motion. (He lets me know when he doesn’t like something!)
