I ordered six pullets from Meyer Hatchery in August and one of the Speckled Sussex is turning out to be a roo. He's very sweet and very beautiful. We can't keep roos, so am wondering if anyone here would like him?
I"m in the northwest corner of Connecticut, and will ship (safely--- it can be done, I understand?) if I must. I don't know if this is the appropriate place to post this? It was moved from "Managing Your Flock" (apologies; I didn't know!) and now appears to be closed, so I'm not sure if this is even allowed! Apologies in advance if I"m violating the rules; it's unwitting I assure you!
