Speckled Sussex not speckled

My SS didn't have a lot of speckling until 20 weeks or so. They had a pretty late juvenile molt compared to the other pullets I got at the same time, but now they are beautiful.

Body type and egg size/color look right. The SS eggs are always the smallest in my cartons. Mine never had that orange on them though. Either there's something else hiding in the woodpile, or she's a different variety of Sussex.
Her egg color varies depending on how much bloom is on them. Those ones were on the dark side for her. This was her egg from yesterday. They’re nice, large size eggs.

Oops, I wasn't referring to the egg color being orange, but rather her feathers. That egg is bigger than what mine lay, but I think mine have small eggs compared to some other SS.

My hen doesn’t have yellow legs like that, so I doubt that she is one. I found out that my feed store sources their chicks from Privett Hatchery, and Privett doesn’t seem to have anything like that on their website. My hen sure is an egg laying champ though, she was on a 9-day laying streak before taking a day off a couple days ago, and most weeks I get 5-6 from her now that the days are longer. Before that I was getting 3-4 which is still respectable.

I just noticed the yellow legs, which shouldn’t be possible in a first generation leghorn x sussex cross (pink/white legs are dominant). Weird.
