Don't try this!!!
I decided that you CAN cook eggs in the micro if you did it right.
First I put one in a bowl, covered it with 2 layers of paper towel and set it for 2 minutes. It blew at 1 minute, 40 seconds.
Next I repeated the procedure but set the micro for 1 min, 30 sec. No blow.
After waiting a minute, I took the bowl to the sink, held at arms length, and ran cold water over it for a while.
I noticed that the shell had cracked to obviously the pressure was released, right?
Standing over the sink I began to peel the egg and BOOM! It went off like a grenade in my hand! Egg eveywhere, all over me, the ceiling, everywhere. I'm lucky I didn't get shell in my eyes.
Don't try this!!!!
PS, I have decided that if I ever have a micro I want to get rid of I would get a 100' cord and an 18 pack of eggs
