Sounds like you aren't buying it from your hubby! :gig I and NOT afraid to admit I love Mexican food, my hubby is huge on quesadilla's too! I need to show him your photo, he will want me to make them for him in the morning. :lau
:lau that's how it starts... First breakfast then they want them at dinner... Then 3 meals a day :gig

My husband loves Mexican he always eats all the chips :lau he lies

Where is the recipe? Did I miss it or not? It looks wonderful. I love quesadillas.
It's breakfast sausage, seasoned eggs, cheddar cheese, and hickory bacon chopped up.
This is what she gave us for a recipe. I would fry/saute the sausage and bacon and cut it into bite sized pieces. Add in eggs seasoned to your liking, salt & pepper would work. On a flour tortilla add grated cheese first, then the egg mixture and then more grated cheese; top with another flour tortilla. Grill until lightly browned and cheese is melted.

Am I close @FortCluck ?

No recipe...

I took a tortilla and out shredded cheddar on it then I put the scrambled eggs. I cut up the bacon and sausage (cooked in another pan) and put it on top. Then I put more cheddar and the other tortilla.

I use either coconut oil or butter in the pan and cook on both sides until they're crispy.
