What type of tea do you drink?

Last night we had Bigelow Sleepytime tea. Husband had issues with his sinuses so I had him drink a few cups of tea yesterday.

I've been trying to drink tea every day. Do you add sugar or anything to your tea?

I drink Twinings tea. I like most of them. The Lady Grey is a very mild tea. I have English Breakfast, Irish Breakfast, and Lady Grey.

I'm sure you know tea is a natural diuretic.

I drink my tea like the English do with sugar and milk. Although, I use Splenda and Whipping Cream and it is delicious. If I drink Chai tea I drink it without any thing added.

My Momma was a tea drinker and made me a tea drinker. Everyone I know drinks coffee and I tried to learn how to drink coffee. I tried it black, with a sweetner, with milk, and with sweetner and milk. I still don't drink coffee.

I should also add that I LOVE reading. I read probably a novel or 2 a week. Right now I'm really into Gregg Olsen. He writes mystery/suspense and I've really been enjoying them with a hot cup of tea.

If you know any good authors, feel free to share them. I have Kindle unlimited and always like good reads!

I like Patricia Cornwell and Nora Roberts.

I don't drink a lot of tea, but when I do it's either something dark, like Earl Grey or something spicy like Good Earth's original Sweet and Spicy. It's yummy!!!

I use coconut sugar in mine. I have different kinds, but I'm adding every time I go to the grocery store!

I do usually decaf tea
