Splash Cochin rooster

Hello I have looked on here and all over the Internet and can't find what I need!!!!! I have a splash Cochin rooster and was wondering if I could breed him with any of my other hens?? I lost my last blue Cochin to a fox and now I don't have any type of Cochin breed. He is sweet but the first to run when things get scary haha and if I can't breed him then he has to go!

Well, I'm not sure what you are asking, but I'm sure he'd be okay with he idea!

You can breed him to any hen you have. You'll just get mixed breed chicks, and sometimes those are the best kind. Like a box of chocolates, never know what you're gonna get

You do realize that all chicken breeds are the same species, right? Chicken bred to chicken produces more chickens...
They will not be 'purebred', but they will still be chickens.
