Splayed leg?

I'm new to raising chicks. My preschool class was given an incubator and 24 eggs to watch hatch. Last Thursday only one of the 12 from the first batch hatched. he seemed to be doing fine until we noticed what seemed like he was favoring his one leg.. Is it splayed leg or something else ? I've attached a video...

That definitely looks like splay leg and looks like it could be easily fixed.

That is a played leg. I had that happen to me with guinea chicks and I tried everything and eventually they got to heavy and could not walk and died on me. I use a rubber mat and hay so they got good footing. hope the chicks turns out ok.
