Splinting issues with duckling?

This is a stupid question but what is the best way to do this? I don’t want it to be too tight incase she hurts herself. I’m not massively experienced with this as she is my first and only egg duckling to hatch
Use a ponytail holder. The kind you can wrap until tight.

Can you take the tape off, take a video of it walking or trying to walk, upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo, then copy and paste the link here?
best video I can get so far! It’s not an ideal surface but its hard to video her in her bedding at the minute. Can walk on it but not much and the leg seems to rest at an angle?

That video is pretty good! Can you post pictures of the labels of the supplements you are giving?

These are the supplements she’s getting mixed in with unmedicated chick crumb at the minute. Niacin B3 capsules from a local health store and Battles Poultry Spice

EDIT: just to add we are following the Instructions for the poultry spice of one Sprinkling with a full feeder (she has a 750ml one I believe and 1-2 niacin capsules crushed in

@WannaBeHillBilly has done a hobble. I haven't, but from that one picture it looks to me like there is way too much space between the legs on it.
Here is a picture of Daisy with her hobble:

She was almost behaving the same as your duckling.
This is how i made the hobble out of two zip-ties, a piece of gift wrap-band and a little duct-tape:
