I noticed yesterday that my Ameraucana/Silkie has a split beak. I have no idea how it happened and it looks more like it's just growing that way rather than she cracked or injured it.
Do you have any idea about what this might be/what happened to her and if I should be concerned?

A split or malformed beak in chickens can occur due to various reasons, including genetic factors, nutritional deficiencies, or injuries during development. Since you're unsure of how it happened and it appears to be growing that way, it's possible that it's a congenital issue or a result of genetic factors.

In most cases, a split beak itself might not cause significant problems for the chicken, especially if it's still able to eat and drink normally. However, it's essential to monitor the chicken closely for any signs of difficulty in feeding or other health issues.

Thank you so much for the info!
She is able to eat fine, I toss my chickens' feed on the ground, so she doesn't have to peck at any plastic or metal feeder that might be hard on her beak.
I will let y'all know if her beak situation becomes problematic.
