Spoiled ducks! Rejecting duck feed, demanding corn...

same here. my mallards always ate duck feed, but then they stopped eating it. however, when I feed them corn, they come running and its gone in no time!

They started eating it again. Well, hens and the fat greedy drake do, the dominant large drake (the one on my avatar as few days old duckling) doesn't. He sees what's in there and starts grazing grass and cloves around the tray.

Well, last couple of days, we've got first frost and we tilled a part of the garden. Ducks made sure to remove everything worth eating. They still have full crops.

I did the same thing with corn and meal worms. They started turning their noses up at their feed. So I quit giving them anything else other than their feed. It took a couple weeks but now they come running when I bring out their feed.

my ducks seem to like it better when i throw their feed (all-flock pellets) to them on the ground and they have to 'forage' for it i think that they think i am giving them treats

Mine were eating like Bears this fall as they were getting new down and chubbing up for our Winter temps...Slowed down now on feed...Everyone has an extra swing to their waddle now.......Silly Ducks...
