The reason I asked is I know the older ones where made of wood. I seen the new white one. But was wanting to know what the one inbetween was made of. I am in the market for one and was just wanting to know. Thanks for the help guys.

If I was on the market for a cabinet bator that would be most likely my preference and choice.


Wood has better qualities than most materials to be use as body of an incubator.

But every manufacturer now is trying to make everything cheaper and cheaper.

I have many sportsmans 800s, 1200s, and 1500s.....Myself best bet find a used one...$200 to $300 they last for years.
