Spraddle leg in chick help!!!

Hi,

I have a chick that I think currently is suffering from spraddle leg. I have crate a hobble with vet tape and it can move a lot more than before, however when moving they cant/ wont lift their head and spread their wings to move.(could they possibly have wry neck?)
I am currently hand feeding and watering them it has helped perk them up, however I am unsure on how else to help and need some advice?

I don’t have very much experience with this, but if you’re worried about hydration and or getting enough food, you could get her molasses water and chicken nutridrench to get her some calories and electrolytes
