I have cooked Muscovy duck and it was some of the duck I have ever had.

Got the d'uccles from TJ, the d'anvers from papas poultry. Got our first egg from one off the Welsummers today!! So much excitement today!

Edit: I forgot to answer about the geese. The goslings are growing so fast!! I have 3 more set to hatch, they are all internal pips right now! I think Weebles is a girl and Scribbles is a boy already. Weebles is more thin and delicate in the face and neck than Scribbles.
