Is there anything I can do for the little weak chick? I dribbled a few drops of sugar water on its beak and it acted like it was gasping for a minute. It is sleeping now, breathing a little harder than the others. This happens to be my sons favorite that he names Cash-a-dean.

The chicks are all doing well. Thanks! My little student Mikey will be thrilled that we named a chick after him. He got very sick just as our 2nd chick was hatching and had to go home. So the first one that he got to see hatch is Mikey.

Awesome! I'm curious which breeds did you hatch? Awww that's so sweet, I hope he feels better soon to come back to class to see them.
