Squirrels Eating Eggs!

I have been getting very few eggs recently so I put a security camera in the coop facing the nesting boxes. I found I have squirrels coming in and eating the eggs!! The chickens are not bothered by them and they come in after the hens are done laying. My hens have the run of our yard and the coop is open all day. Any ideas on keeping my nesting boxes squirrel proof?

I use a live trap baited with a peanut butter bend over. Got 8 in 2 days.

Squirrel proof your coop. Shoot and kill them all you want, more will move in. And if the squirrels are getting in so are rats, possums, raccoons and so forth.

Will they come back, certainly! Just bait the trap again,,
I myself do not want to do anything but push them back as they are the primary diet of the hawks in my area. They are plentiful!
They dont bother my birds or eggs, but I dont get a single pear apple black walnut, hickory nut, pecan,,,
Just a few days ago there was a hawk setting on a fence post, the girls went on like it was not there, not 20 feet from it, so I watched it. It was certainly hunting but was not watching the birds, then I spotted it, a squirrel,,,about this time it spotted me watching and flew away.
