First of all the dog should not have been shot. The problem should have been fixed with the dog owners aproval. But now that it is done I would stick with the third S.

Her neighborhood has had the typical story of stupid irresponsible owner and poultry-killer dog. Very long story short, this dog has gotten into several coops and there have been numerous reports of this dog to animal control​

If they can find out if AC was there because the dog bite someone, yes report it so the person wouldn't have to take rabie shots. If it hadn't bite anyone..keep the 3rd S.
