I think 1st State sells it for 15.00. Just going from memory.

Sparkle did something weird this evening. She's been fine, running with the flock. But one of the bantys picked a fight with her over dinner. And all of a sudden Sparkle just put her head down in the dirt, like they do when they're anticipating getting jumped by a roo. All the hens looked at her like WHAT?? ARE YOU KIDDING??

It was scary for me though cause I thought she was having a relapse. She just kind of buried her face and sort of rolled to one side. But then Bunny came over and pecked her in the head.

She jumped up and trotted off and after that she was fine. I hope it was just that she was doing that to make the banty go away, and wasn't some kind of involuntary reaction. Or if was that it doesn't get any worse...

Please help me! My Oscarita isn't doing any better and I would hate to put her down!

I've been giving her tumeric that's the same as curcumin.

her legs are sprawling out, she stood on her haunches today though, she screeches, and I think she's in pain until I set her on her side. Right now she's laying on my carpet, somewhat content.

Turmeric is not the same as curcumin with bioperene because the bioperence helps absorption better. But honestly, if you don't have a vet to take her to for treatment,
it might be best to take her to a vet to have her euthanized. She's been sick for a while now and it sounds like she's not real comfortable. We do have to remember that animals
don't live as long as we'd like them to, sometimes. We are having the same problem getting in the right state to have our old dog put down. It is not an easy decision, but you
have tried your best to help her, and it's not working. The longer you try, the harder it will be on you if she does die. I'm sorry you are having so many problems, and I wish I could
suggest something else, but I can't think of anything.

The only thing I can think is, maybe she's moving around too much. If she's having a lot of problems moving around, she needs to be somewhere where she can rest
whatever is hurting, maybe it's an injury, and not Marek's at all. Is she in a small pen where she can't move around too much most of the time?

Or, I have heard of some people making a sling, sort of like those things that babies bounce around in that hang from a doorway.
They put their lame chickens in that. I have never tried to do that, but I guess it is a temporary measure that helps for some.
