Staff Appreciation Day?

Alright, the staff here is TOTALLY WONDERFUL. like amazing. anyways, i tried to get some prizes together for them, but they wouldn't take them.

BUT they all said they are just happy to be appreciated, soooo i think we should come up with a staff appreciation day. what do you guys think? also, we'll need to come up with some rules that everyone must follow so the staff doesn't have to do extra work. it will be like their only day off!
