Staggered hatch, 3 hatched five days ago, still 8 eggs

So, I have a broody hen and she started sitting on eggs on Apr 15th. Unbenounced to me, other chickens were laying in her nest when she got up to eat, etc. So, I have had three chicks hatch and the other eight have done nothing for the past four days or so. Last night I did the float test and all eight seemed to float properly. Three of them were moving! So, I put the eggs back in the nest and she was still sitting on them this morning when I went to work, but when husband went to work, she was not. Should I give her a break and try and put them in an incubator? I just picked up a Brower and havent even used it yet. I dont know the exact age of these eggs. If I were to put them in the bator, what humidity do I use, etc. Thanks in advance!

I just went to go put them in the bator, picked one up and it cheeped at me! I put it back down in the nest, turned the light off and Mama went back to sitting on them.
Does anyone know how long it will take that one to hatch? approximately?
