He hides behind a leaf to get a good look at it.





He waves his wattles to determine how dangerous the object is.


He looks for a weapon. A stick maybe?




Maybe a piece of grass?



He circles, feigning disinterest




He scratched the ground as he approaches the deadly watermelon





He sneaks up behind for a tentative peck





Slaps it with his wattles



And finally decides to eat it
