Just got home from work and...

Nothing. No chirping, no rocking, no pips. I am so impatient. I wish I had kept a diary of previous hatches. I'm trying to remember when all the action started last time, but I can't. Oh well, as of noon, I'm still only on day 20.

I saw no signs of life all day yesterday, but this morning I woke up and both BLRW had pips!! One pipped at the wrong end though.

It's still early. My maran eggs aren't doing anything at all, and they looked the most promising at lockdown.

The one with the wrong end pip is zipping, but there's a little bit of blood around the zip? And now I have to go to work!

So stressful.

Sharks, hang in there! It's not even day 21 yet.

I am relieved, I had two hatch this morning, and two more have pipped, and it's possible that the fifth has pipped but it's hard to see.

I have 1 chick! It's a BLRW. The wrong end pip is still struggling, but the hole is getting bigger.
