Started Two New Quilts in Recent Days

Nice work ladies!

I have a bunch of afghans to crochet for Christmas and get through canning season!!

Come January though I am going to start my first quilt! I am very excited about it!

When you do start that quilt, we want to see! Any idea what block or blocks you'll be using?

Thank you. The photo hides the pink and white flowers. The lavender that looks like flowers are actually hearts joined by applique.

"Cottage Garden" is finished and up for sale in BSA. I may run out of room to store all this stuff I've been making, but I can't stop because it's helping me lose weight to have all these projects going, LOL. This one could use a bit more quilting on it, but I have run out of the yellow thread I was using so will have to buy more before I can add much to it.

I do hand quilting also as well as machine quilting. It depends on the pattern and what will suit.

I can't quilt on machine at all. I guess I need to keep trying, but can't get the hang of it, so my little Brother 6000i is just for piecing so far. Piecing by machine is such a luxury to me right now! Saves my poor hands for the quilting part and at least has kept me in the quilting game.
