Starting incubator

Looks like the plastic grid on the floor of your incubator? Please watch to make sure the one with some unabsorbed stuff doesn't drag it on that grid and get stuck, or pull it out. I prefer using the rubber shelf liner on the bottom, just for such times. should be fine, but keep an eye on it.

I cleaned up the incubator. Then put in the rubber shelf lining instead of plastic grid. My little baby is getting pecked at by the other babies so I took it out and placed it in another incubator until it heals. It is bleeding so I don't expect much.

You are doing a good job!
I use vetericyn wound spray if they are separate from the others. You can also use anti biotic ointment without pain killers.

If they are with the flock, I use blu kote

I've given it egg yolk to peck on and giving it a drink every 30-40 minutes. I don't think it's going to make it but trying.

I believe you are seeing unabsorbed yolk. Any time I've seen this issue the chick dies, or I end up culling it. In a previous post, you mentioned putting feed and water in the incubator? NOT A GOOD IDEA. Incubators are bacteria factories. Feed and water in the bator adds to the bacteria soup.
