Keepin' an eye on that. So far, clean, fluffy hineys!

Question though: I have extra chicks that I'll be culling. 4 roos and 1 they threw in, leaving me with four chicks. When is the best time to get the flock down to the keepers? I put out feelers on FB to see if anyone wanted roos- no takers yet. Don't mind them staying in there for a while, but I know there's a time when the girls should kind of sort out their pecking order.
