Staying as Healthy as We Can Food and Pesticides

I wonder if this little baking soda trick soak would help with absorbing some of the metals out of our fish 🤔
I don't think baking soda absorbs the metals, it just frees the bond so that it can be rinsed free of them.
I don't believe it would remove toxins like mercury from fish either. Those have been incorporated into the tissues since the fish were young and taking them in through their gills.
 
I don't want to start an argument but I don't believe there is any evidence of its benefits.

That's fine, no arguments will be coming from me.
I only mentioned this because I used this during a very bad chest infection i had and this along in addition with other ingredients my seriously nasty infection began too clear, my chest airways and my breathing.

Too add: it's not something I do regularly. I have found it has helped with my sinuses and eye problems. I usually use it on burns and skin infections

So do you think maybe using vinegar may help?
