I cheated, I went to Lone Star down the block - on my own --- and enjoyed!
4 weeks of quiet, no arguments, delightful, I am on my own.
My stressful relationship of 8 years is peacefully resolving - I feel so blessed. My x- partner is in NY caring for his dad who is in Hospice care.

Eva it sounds like you had something to be thankful for. Being single is not the worst thing in the world sometimes. Glad you enjoyed Thanksgiving!

Has anyone ever had chicks that never learned to go into he coop at night? I am getting worried about the five youngest BCMs in one coop and a silly SFH in another. I have to manually put them in every night.

Lock them into the coop for three days. It resets their homing instincts.
