Pizza is on the menu here tonight. All Mary and Ron's pizza talk (and pictures) got to me.

Friday is pizza night for us!

I mean - I am feeling REALLY good! Better watch out!

Do any of you like those easy recipes? I found this one and we love it. We are having it tonight, for the second time. (not my picture)

• 3-4 Chicken Breasts
• Green Beans -frozen, canned, or fresh (I used 2 small boxes of frozen)
• Potatoes - cubed
• 1 stick of butter
• 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
• salt and pepper (optional)

Place chicken breasts in middle of pan, potatoes on one side and green beans on one side. Cut butter in slices and lay on top of all the food. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning on top of every thing.

Cover with foil and bake at 350° for an hour. (We left ours in for 15 minutes longer). YUM!

That sounds good, and less to clean up! (No dishwasher here)

Stella is looking good. Enjoyed all the pictures, sunshine, green, and clean chickens. Eating a little chicken poop never hurt anyone. Free Tucker!

I have 9 barnevelder chicks out this morning and 6 more eggs pipped. My OE is starting to zip.

10 out now and 6 more pips. A beautiful blue Olive egger just hatched. Momma is my Splash OE and Dad is my barnevelder rooster.

Here is my broody BCM sitting on eight eggs from Kelly's flock. I had to move her to a coop by herself yesterday because she kept getting kicked off the nest in the Marans coop.

Marans and turkeys love to mess with broodies. One of my marans has a missing feather spot from where she tried to move the duck to lay an egg . Not smart!
