The glass bottle weasel trap is this: you take a gallon glass bottle and bury it. leaving the opening sticking up above the ground a little bit. Put something yummy in there, like a chicken neck or other bait, and wait. The weasel smells the bait and can fit into the glass opening. He falls in and then he can't climb back out again because the sides are too slippery.

I haven't tried it yet but I've heard it works well. Once he's caught you either kill him in the jug, but then it's nearly impossible to get him out. You can also very carefully lay the bottle down on its side and let him into a cage.
