I thought the crow was pretty good for a beginner.

Yup. Last I checked, chicks don't count.

And my broodies had better watch out, they are raising Icelandics!

Notice in my mailbox yesterday about my Rees CL chicks. The shipper listed "call for pickup" on the box but did not write my phone number anywhere on the box! Rushed to the PO this morning- thankfully we live in a small town and the post mistress took my box of chicks to the Co-op last night at close and had them put the survivors under a heat lamp. They shipped 6 (should have been at least 10) with no heat pack. Have a pair doing well and a female I think I'll lose. I'm still short a total of 8 chicks from my order. Grrrr.

Oh geez!

Pups eyes are opening..three left to sell. Goldendoodles..they are getting fun.





She only had 4, and I keep saying, I'm glad because so much was going on there for a while. BTW..our Lisa moved into her new home yesterday. She looked happy.
Our mama dog is going to be spayed in Oct. 2 litters is plenty. The little black boy in the middle is going to a family that lost their goldendoodle this yr. I am not sure who is more excited, the little girls, or the dad. Their dog went everywhere with him..farmer.

I'm so trying that, it looks delicious! (the tart, not the oysters - no likey oysters) You should have given me a doggie bag when I stopped by yesterday.

One of my little Pavlovskajas gave me a huge scare last night. By morning it all made sense.

Mary splice the tape to focus on Mr.gapeworm and co mingle it with the crowing tape.

Call it "BIrth of a Crow," Or "Hatching a Crow,: or just nothing - my brain is numb.

I am wondering why you didn't rush him to the 24 hr. emergency vet service and instead just waited to sunrise to tape some more. I know, I know, that's blogger logic

I have 46 minutes of video with him practicing! I seriously thought he was dying. I thought it strange that he only did it when he was up on the roost! funnies the chickens ever! And there's 7 more of them out there! Hopefully girls!

That sauce was so good! I am doing a blog post Monday for the Secret Recipe Club and I chose that sauce. It is spicy (chipotle peppers) but sweet ( honey and molasses)
