Mary wanted me to post this video of my bees washboarding. Washboarding is a forward and backward motion the bees do, almost like a dance, and nobody knows why they do it. It's just one of those mysteries. It's really mesmerizing when you have all of the bees doing it at once. These are just a few, but you can see the motion.

Tucker will have to adjust. He will have to run like hell from the area rug in the living room to the carpeted stairs. He won't go in a kitchen anyway. Or he can just man up and get over it. His choice.
Neighbors are pretty close because the lots are just over an acre. But it has been very quiet whenever we have been over there.
This is actually the from door that goes into the living room. That door to the kitchen goes from the deck in front. Either way works.
This is the great room looking from the kitchen. The dining room as the gas stove. This space is huge. We considered turning it into a bowling alley. Luckily we have lots of big furniture! Pardon the tilt on the pics. They are from the MLS listing. I forgot my camera when we toured the house.
I too love all the windows. I can see the across the street neighbor from the window over the kitchen sink, but all the other windows have tree views. It is quite pretty. With some work on the outside it will be really nice. Plus, it has a chicken coop! Pics to come later. It is locked right now. I have peeked through the window and it needs work inside too but it is doable. Not as nice as the other, one but do able. It is a bit of a trek from the house but has pavers all the way.

This is the back of the house. This deck is off an upstairs bedroom but it is ground level in the back yard. The house is built into a hill. The coop is barely visible in the tress.

I'm back. My niece's wedding was Saturday. My Mother and her husband were in town and my other niece and her fiancé. Everyone (+1) has returned home. It's quiet now, and no more daily 90 min drive (each way) to my sister's.Where the heck did Mike disappear to?
Kelly the bees are nice and all but, it was great seeing Laverne and Shirley again and I think Chica(booming).
