MY new Thermidor dishwasher doesn't work! Yikes. I was so looking forward to using a dishwasher after months without one!

OH NO ! ! ! Gosh darn it. Hope you get a replacement quickly!

Oh my goodness! Little Buddy isn't so little any more! He has certainly grown!

He just turned 16 last week!

Dishwasher is fixed! Michael found that Johnny had not removed a drain plug in the garbage disposal to allow the dishwasher to drain so I was getting a drain error message. Whew! I have a lot of dishes and pots and pans to wash when they get unpacked.

I call dibs on the mouth - that is so neat. How many hours do you have to put into something like that? Decorating is the hard part.

Well it was my first time so everything took longer. It took probably 2 1/2 hours to make the fondant colors, the chocolate fins, and bake and ice the cake (I had leftover buttercream icing in the freezer from Jonathan's birthday last month). That was Friday night. Then Saturday afternoon it took me about 2 1/2-3 hours more to put the fondant layer on, make the rice crispy treat forms, and put the fondant and decorations on them. It was a fun (but messy) experience!
