Smoke up our way last few days but no fires. Scary stuff. Yesterday my daughter-in-law checked the weather where they live near Palm Springs and it was 113 degrees at 10:00 p.m. Today was supposed to be 123 degrees!

They left this morning for Reno. Buddy is in a golf tournament until Friday. I took the time to paint a hutch and finish a massive coffee table.

Both are beautiful. I would have never thought of a red hutch, but it works, especially with the black hardware. I love the coffee table, but it doesn't match my living room.
