Read it and weep friends. Here are my beef tenderloins all dressed up and ready for the oven! Salted and seared on all sides, brushed with whole grain mustard, rubbed with fresh herbs and pepper, shallots and Meyer lemons added to the pan, just resting until it reaches room temperature, then it's going in the oven. Thanks Molly and Chris!
