These picture made my morning...thanks for sharing
ADORABLE !My LGD pup is getting a good handle on his job, though if I have fertility problems I'll know who to blame. He breaks up the rooster fights, which is OK, but he also knocks them off the hens. He is getting to be a good boy! Yesterday the mini horses got into the garden and he rounded them up and moved them back out. I didn't know Great Pyrenees would herd! He'll be a year old tomorrow. I'm very proud of himBest $100 I spent last year.

When DH was preparing the yard for the garden wedding of his daughter, he asked the nursery what to do. He was planting HUNDREDS of flowers and flowering shrubs before the ceremony. They told him to put a small TV in the yard with an extension cord and leave it running all night. He did that every night for a couple of weeks leading up to the wedding. Not a single flower or plant was touched. The day after the wedding, he removed the TV and next day............................no flowers.
Must not like bad night time TV................think infomercials, LOL![]()

I hope they are end up ok. Nice catch!Argh, my chicks.
Last night before going to bed, I had a sixth sense about my chicks in the basement. I went down to check on them in the Hovabator being used a temporary incubator. I had a small chick waterer in there with them. Somehow they managed to pull the paper towel out from the corner and it ended up in the waterer. The water had completely wicked out of the waterer and was in the bottom of the Hovabator. The chicks were in standing water and they were soaking wet! I grabbed them out and put them back into the Brinsea to dry off. I dumped the water out of the incubator and dried it with paper towels. I put fresh towels down and turned it back in for an hour to dry the styrofoam then returned the chicks to the Hovabator. This morning they all seemed fine. This afternoon I went down to get two of them with curled toes to put booties on them. One of those chicks has a bit of raspy breathing now. I was actually surprised they didn't all drown last night. Hopefully they will all be ok. It is always something!
