RIP Chipmunk

She was a sweet girl that would fly up onto my arm for treats. One of my original hatchery girls. She died from internal laying yesterday at 4 years old.

I am sorry for your Loss!

Our week old goslings cruising in the living room with DH.
snacking on chopped lettuce here.
it's amazing how quickly they grow.

And tomorrow the rest of the crew is supposed to arrive

The goslings are so smart and so personable........................I could have just them!

That first pick sure would make my heart drop. I'm not certain what the DW would do if she walked in and I had any poultry walking around loose in the house. I imagine it would involve turning the spare bedroom into a kidding pen.

I had to tell DH I would NOT bring a gosling to lay on the bed with him, they POOP. The living room was no problem, the carpet is slated for replacement soon.
