Okay Kathy you can have the white frizzled geese - they are really neat. I bet their eggs sell well. Maybe they would scare off the Canadian interlopers. One can always hope.

I am packing to move on Saturday. My granddaughter Emily is here helping me. She has been a blessing. We finished packing up the kitchen today except for the coffee maker and some paper plates and plastic cups. I made western bacon cheeseburgers tonight as the last meal I will cook in this house. We'll eat out or order in until we get settled in the new house. I sure hope all goes well and we close by Friday p.m. I need those granite countertops in the new house!




The cheap sink is not staying!




Anyway, bear with me as we get through the next week. The goal for me and Emily tomorrow is to finish boxing up all the stuff downstairs except the furniture. Then we move upstairs to full closets and boxes that weren't unpacked from when we moved here two years ago. I took two huge bags of expensive handbags to Goodwill today. I am just sick of having so much stuff I never use. I hope someone else enjoys them. Plus, according to Emily, one of the guys unloading cars at Goodwill was "hot." That always makes for a good trip.

I know you will be happy to be rid of Hughesnet! I got my "full power," back. I had 2 days of being over my bandwidth allotment, and I hated how slow that was!
